πŸš— Need a car for this road trip?

If you don’t have your own car, I’d really recommend renting one β€” it gives you the flexibility to stop at each waterfall and explore at your own pace.

I usually use DiscoverCars to compare prices and find the best deals across different rental companies.

πŸ‘‰ It’s really easy to use:

    • Compare multiple providers in one place
    • Cheaper than booking direct
    • Free cancellation on most options
    • Their 3rd party insurance is a lot cheaper
    • They have a great customer service for claims (though I hope you won’t have to use it!

    1. I love your content Pauline and wanted to know if you have any further South East road trips planned that include the coastline beyond Eastbourne? My husband and I own an ice cream shop in Hastings, which is full of old character and charm that would be worth a visit. Nearby we also have the stunning medieval town of Rye and historic Battle. Not to mention the beautiful High Weald National. Wishing you a great day 😊

    2. I tried searching for several very interesting places in Bedfordshire, hoping they would be there as part of a route, but they weren’t found. Bedfordshire has Silsoe – Wrest park was a stately home, war victim hospital, agricultural research station; Ampthil Park was created by Capability brown, near where one of henry VIII’s wives lived; Ampthill is where several places from John Bunyan’s pilgrim’s progress actually exist; Cardington is where the R101 airship moored, and was an early airfield; Ampthill has an old church with ngels in the architecture; Luton had Mad Hatters; and so on. I lived in essex, near a ruined castle henry VIII stole from someone and gifted to three wives. maybe you should give a way for others to submit ideas that they know of worth a road trip, and users like me can plan a string of them together to make a superb holiday?
